THE GRAND SUITE
Our premiere suite features a king-sized bed, double whirlpool
with marble surround, private bath with shower, stained glass
and a gorgeous antique fireplace. There is also a spectacular
faux balcony overlooking the great room. The large windows
look out over the fragrant gardens. This is the perfect setting
for an unforgetable wedding or anniversary night. |

THE NEW ORLEANS SUITE
This sumptuous suite features an exquisite half-canopied antique
queen bed rescued from New Orleans after hurricane Katrina.
There is a double whirlpool overlooking the rear gardens,
a private bath with a shower, stained glass, and an ornate
antique fireplace. |

THE SEGUIN SUITE
This comfortable suite features a queen-sized antique bed,
private bath with marble shower, a double whirlpool with views
od the rear gardens and an exposed exposed brick wall from
the original mansions exterior, complete with a stained glass
window. |

THE SAN ANTONIO ROOM
This cozy room features a king-sized bed, a private bath with

double whirlpool recessed in its own little nook. |

MARION'S SUITE
Marion's Suite is the original master suite of the mansion. It is comprised of 2 large rooms, each with a gorgeous ornamental fireplace, separated by grand pocket doors that can be left open or closed for privacy. The huge suite has 2 queen beds (one a fabulous antique with a monumental dresser) and others beds can be added to accommodate groups of 4, 6 or more. Marion's has a private bath just across the hall. For larger groups a second private bath can be provided. If you are coming with friends or just want room to spread out. This is the spot for you. |

 This property is not appropriate for small children because
of the many museum type antiques throughout. This is an 1894
Historic Landmark with many stairs. Currently all the rooms
are on the second floor.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking
is perfectly fine however outside and ashtrays are provided.
If we find evidence that a guest has smoked in the room ,
we reserve the right to apply a cleaning charge to your bill
which may be in excess of $200. Faux tea lights and dimmers
are provided in each room to provide a romantic atmosphere.
Unfortunately candles are prohibited by the fire marshal.
Off-street parking on the mansion property os provided for
guests. There is a refrigerator and microwave for guest use.
All rooms have direct TV and wireless internet.
RATES
Rates vary by time of the year and day of the week. Also check
or call about special packages discounts. Generally rates
run from $89 to $159 on weekdays and $149
to $249 on the weekends.
Some summer weekends have a 2 night minimum.
