Bridal portraits can be taken at the Mansion for increments of 1 hour up to 3 hours. Each hour will run $100 and with a one hour minimum, and can only occur when the facility is not booked with an event.

Additions
One additions can be added to the above mentioned contract at a discount of 50% rental rate for events. The event must take place within six days prior and five days following the event and dependent on availability.

Regularly priced at $250/room/night, the addition of the Bridal Suite Anniversary with the above mentioned rental spaces will be priced at $125/room/night. Check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. with Check-out at 11:00 a.m. Non-refundable. Includes full breakfast.

Regularly priced at $179/room/night, the addition of the Bridal Suite Anniversary with the above mentioned rental spaces will be priced at $90/room/night. Check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. with Check-out at 11:00 a.m. Non-refundable. Includes full breakfast.

Regularly priced at $139/room/night, the addition of the Bridal Suite Anniversary with the above mentioned rental spaces will be priced at $70/room/night. Check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. with Check-out at 11:00 a.m. Non-refundable. Includes full breakfast.

AMENITIES
The Mansion at Florence has the following facilities for rent:

Inclusions

• Rental of the above mentioned area for a total period of 9 hours, with 3 hours for setup, 5 hours for the event and teardown must be completed 1 hour after the event. Each additional hour will incur a charge of $150 per hour.
• Rental Times can occur no earlier than 10:00 a.m. with the earliest setup time available at 8:00 a.m. The latest an event can run will be until 12:00 a.m. (midnight):
• Wineglasses for up to 300 guests with replacement fee of $5.00/glass
• Use of Kitchen if catering arranged by Venue
• Security Services
• Indoor Restroom Facilities
• 1 hour bridal portrait session scheduled during non-contracted time periods.
• 1 hour rehearsal session scheduled the day prior. If your rental area is contracted during your requested rehearsal time, rehearsal will occur in another area on the premises of The Mansion.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bartending Services contracted through The Mansion
• Event Planning Services available through The Mansion
• Professional Linen and Rental Services available through The Mansion

RESERVATIONS
A deposit of 50% of total rental price and a signed contract will confirm your date. The balance is due 30 days before the event. If the event is cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited and the balance of the contract will not be due. The client is given a grace period of 7 (seven) days from the receipt of the rental fee to cancel the event with no penalty in writing by personal delivery, certified mail, or fax with confirmation.

DEPOSIT
A damage deposit of $500 will be secured and returned up to one month after the event if all charges are paid in full and no damages have been done to the Mansion, its facilities or its inventory.

BEVERAGES
Only beer and wine can be served on the premises.

Chef services
Catering is available with preferred vendors or caterers from with different varieties and prices.

Valet and Parking
Valet is available from preferred vendors. Self-parking may incur a charge of $2.00/vehicle if roadside parking or valet is not available or contracted.

Music
Music is permitted at The Mansion with the following restrictions. All outdoor music must be acoustical in nature, with no PA or electrical systems. Bands and/or DJ’s are only permitted in indoor facilities. All music must cease by 10:00 p.m. If all sleeping rooms are rented, music may continue until midnight.
