A deposit of 50% of total rental price and a signed contract will confirm your date. The balance is due 30 days before the event. If the event is cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited and the balance of the contract will not be due. The client is given a grace period of 7 (seven) days from the receipt of the rental fee to cancel the event with no penalty in writing by personal delivery, certified mail, or fax with confirmation.
A damage deposit will be secured and returned up to one month after the event if all charges are paid in full and no damages have been done to the Mansion, its facilities or its inventory.
Only beer and wine can be served on the premises.
Catering is available with preferred vendors or caterers from with different varieties and prices.
